Alex’s background combines real estate brokerage, investing, business ownership, accounting systems, and financial analysis.
Alex has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017. Originally starting his career at Coldwell-Banker Hubbell-Briarwood, he quickly became a “Rising-Star” within the company and was among the top 15% of agents by production and volume nationally in his first year.
Prior to joining Achieve Real Estate, Alex created educational resources focused on agent profitability, investment analysis, and business performance. His work included developing financial modeling tools for real estate professionals, teaching courses on agent financial management, and publishing content focused on cash flow, profitability, and return on investment.
Alex holds a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification and has completed extensive self-directed study in accounting, finance, management accounting, and business operations. In developing his understanding of investor accounting and financial systems, Alex studied resources from organizations such as Income Digs, whose educational programs focus specifically on real estate investor bookkeeping and financial reporting, along with Becker.
His perspective comes primarily from operating businesses and evaluating real-world investment opportunities rather than working in public accounting.
